Hi, I’m Mo Salama

I write about the art and science of creating positive habits and boosting performance in everyday life.

I devote most of my time researching and exploring successful people across a variety of professions — athletes, entrepreneurs, artists, authors, scientists, and more — to discover the routines and practices that make them great at what they do.
