OUTSOURCING:
Upwork – A marketplace for freelance programmers, writers, virtual assistants, designers, and so much more. Create a job post where screened professionals can apply to or browse through their profiles and send an invite for your job post. You can pay them per hour or per project.
Fiverr – An online third-party platform for finding freelance services, which they call“gigs”. Freelancers set the price on their gigs and describe the service you’ll receive.
Onlinejobs.ph – This site allows you to directly work with rockstar Filipino workers of your choice by going through their resumes or posting a job on the board. Once you find a freelancer to work with, you can work with them as long as you like and you don’t even have to maintain your subscription there.
Finances
Robinhood – Invest your money and trade easily through Robinhood, an app on your smartphone. It acts as a broker for trading stocks but it doesn’t charge any fee for trades made through it.
Venmo – Send money to your friends and family through your smart phone by using Venmo. To send and receive money, you have to be connected to them through the app. The app also shows your transaction history to your friends and family connected to the app.
Betterment – Another low cost broker that I use is Betterment. This website allows you to invest in stocks and ETFs but they are the ones who select the ETFs to invest it. All you have to do is to allocate funds for the bonds investment.
COINBASE – Buy or sell cryptocurrencies such as Bitcoin, Etherium or Litcoin and keep it in your online wallet with Coinbase. They accept payments via bank transfer or through credit cards.
Binance – Another cryptocurrency broker where you can trade a variety of cryptocurrencies. They also provide tools that you can use to aid in your trading strategy.
Mint – Managing and tracking your finances is made easier with mint.com because it has a feature that automatically updates your financial data when you visit the website. It’s free to use and it only takes you minutes to sign up for a new account. A free website that allows you to easily manage and track your finances.
Honey – Couponing may help you save money but it can take time and energy to do so. For that, I use the app called Honey to automatically find coupons and try them as I make my purchases online.
Drop – Drop is a free app available on Android and iOS which allows you to earn cash rewards from your purchases. You get to select 5 brands from their list to earn points towards. Use promo code ardnn to get a $5 bonus when you link your first card, plus get an extra $5 bonus for each friend you refer.
Dosh – This is another cash back app i love that allows you to automatically get cash back when you eat, shop, travel, and more. You just have to link your credit card and debit cards and once you earn $25, you can cash out.
Chase Sapphire Credit Card – This credit card is one of the best for travelers because of the flexibility of millage and rewards points. You can use it to purchase plane tickets, for hotel reservations, car rentals, and many others plus it also has a low annual fee.
Southwest Credit Card – This another credit card that’s great for travellers especially those who are Southwest Airlines frequent fliers. You get a sign-up bonus of 40,000 points and you also get 3000 points each year on your account’s anniversary.
American Express Gold Card – The American Express Gold Card is another credit card worth the attention especially when you tend to dine out a lot. It offers 4x the points when used in US restaurants and supermarkets.

LEGALZOOM – LEGALZOOM helps with LLC formation and they are very easy to use even if you aren’t familiar with the legalities involving LLC. They are easy to use and they offer 3 kinds of packages for their services.
USPTO TRADEMARK SEARCH – This page helps you to get started in the application of your trademark. This helps you to search trademark databases depending on what kind of trademark you are thinking of applying for.
Turbo Tax – Turbo Tax is a software that comes very handy when you file your own taxes at home. It is user-friendly so even those who are filling their taxes for the first time will find it easy to use.
Education
UDEMY – To broaden your knowledge, you can UDEMY which is an online platform for learning. There’s a variety of free and paid courses you can take at your own pace.
Audible. – Audible is part of the Amazon company and they offer a wide selection of audiobooks and ad-free audio shows. If you’re on the go or you prefer to listen than read, then you’ll enjoy using this app on your phone, tablet or computer.
Kindle – Amazon designs and markets Kindle, an e-reader device that looks like a tablet. Through the Kindle store, you can download ebooks, newspapers, magazines and other digital media that you can open and read on your Kindle device.
TED Talks – These are videos of talks from a variety of speakers sharing their expertise. The videos are informative, short, concise and free to share.
Duolingo – Learning a new language is much more fun with Duolingo, a free app that offers 11 language courses for English speakers. They also offer language courses like French for Portuguese.
Productivity
Macbook Pro – My Apple Macbook Pro is a workhorse and I use it everyday for blogging and doing other activities online. It’s a powerful computer on the inside and I also love its clean and sleek design.
RescueTime – This time management app can be installed on your mobile phone or a computer. It tracks the websites you visit and shows you how much time you spend on each site. You can also use this to block websites after you’ve already spent a specific amount of time on them.
LastPass – I don’t have a single password for all my accounts and so should you. LastPass helps me to manage my passwords so that I don’t forget what they are for different sites.
OneTab – If you tend to open lots of tabs while doing your research for your writing, the OneTab chrome extension will help you make things more organized and less cluttered. It condenses all your opened tabs into a single tab so your browser and computer can run faster.
Task Rabbit – When you need someone to do local labor like cleaning or handyman work, you can search online through TaskRabbit. They help connect people to local taskers.
IFTTTFT – IFTTT, which stand for if-this-then-that, is a free services that helps with automation of tasks by allowing smart devices to work more harmoniously so that you can improve your productivity. To gain access to the applets, you simply sign up on their website for free or download their app.
Zapier – Quite similar to the IFTTT is Zapier, which is a web based service that focuses more on apps used for business and productivity. You don’t need to know how to write code to use them to do a certain task when a certain requirement is met.
Unroll.me – There is a better way to sort through your emails and that is through unroll.me. This service removes the clutter from your inbox by grouping all subscription emails and newsletters into one.
Email hunter – Email hunter is a chrome extension that I use to search for email addresses to contact certain clients, potential customers, or company personnel. They provide a limited free version and a free trial so you can try it out first.
Apple notes – Whenever I need to write down ideas, take down notes, brainstorm or write for my blog, I mostly use Apple notes. It is very accessible, simple and powerful too.where I manage a lot of my brainstorming, note taking, capturing of ideas, writing of blog posts and much much more!
Google calendar – This is a great calendar app for Macs and iOS. It greatly helps schedule meetings or events and you can even share the calendar to your team.
Todoist – This is my todo list application.You can use it for personal tasks or for your business and there is a free version of this app.
Marketing
Quora – Another way to get yourself out there to promote yourself as a writer is through question and answer websites like Quora. Apart from receiving views, you can also explore the site and learn a thing or two.
WordPress – You probably know WordPress because it is the most popular tool for creating a blog or a website. It lets you alter your website in a user-friendly way because even if you don’t know anything about programming, you’ll be able to create and maintain your site.
Genesis FrameworkFrame-work by Studio Press -– Further customize your WordPress-powered website with this sleek and modern theme. It doesn’t only affect your website’s appearance but it also helps with search engine optimization plus they offer unlimited updates and support,
SUMOME –This is a plug-in for WordPress that can help you gather email addresses of your blog’s visitors by asking them to join your newsletter or by offering them a free download through a pop-up box. SumoMe is a free plug-in but there are also some paid features that you should check out.
Bluehost – Bluehost is very popular, highly rated and one of the most recommended web hosting service provider. They have been in the industry since 1996 and they offer a variety of packages catered to beginner blog websites to full-blown company websites.
Namecheap – To purchase a domain name, you can go to Namecheap. They offer affordable pricing especially on domain names and other services like email hosting, security services, and web hosting too.
WarriorForum – An online internet marketing community where you can learn, ask questions, participate in discussions, and meet other internet marketers. You can browse through the topics and arrange them according to the most recent or the most voted.
Celeb Brokers – When you need a celebrity to represent your business or your brand you can get the help of celeb brokers. They have hundreds of artists on their list and they can contact them for you.
Contact Any Celebrity – This web based services gives you the opportunity to contact celebrities and get a chance to work with them to endorse your product. Here you can get the contact information of a celebrity or their representatives.
Famebit – Famebit is a tool for influencer marketing, which helps connect product brands and influencers from various social media sites. This allows brands to use the influencer’s popularity to market their products. Similarly, influencers finds paid sponsorship easily through them.
Triberr – Triberr works just like a social media but it is specifically helps bloggers connect and be part of a tribe of other bloggers of similar niche or interest. You can post your content and your fellow tribe mates can decide whether they would share your post to their reach.
Jarvee – Jarvee helps businesses to better manage their multiple social media sites. It provides automation in posting in various sites, helps increase traffic on your site, and helps get you leads.
Kickstarter – To help out with the funding of your business or creative projects, you can go to Kickstarter. They will help you with crowd funding but they will screen the projects for approval and you should meet certain goals for your project to be funded.
Indiegogo – This is another resource for crowd funding but unlike Kickstarter, they don’t select which projects they feature. They also have two models of funding.
Google Analytics – This is a very useful and free tool to help determine the traffic on your website. It provides important data to help you analyze whether your marketing strategies are working or not.
Ahrefs – Ahrefs is an SEO tool that helps you offers a variety of services all in one tool. It helps with keyword research, link analysis, rank tracking, competitor research, SEO audits and more.
Google Keyword Planner – This is a very useful tool for researching keywords, get information about potential ads related to your keywords or choice plus discover and test new keywords. This tool is free and all you need is to have a gmail account for you to access it.
ClickFunnels – This software makes it a whole lot easier to market and sell your products and services online by building different kinds of funnels for your specific target. There’s a free 14 day trail and multiple plans to suit your needs.
KingSumo – Expand your email list by hosting giveaways with the help of the KingSumo. With this tool, you can also ask the giveaway participants to share the giveaway on their social media accounts to get more points while your post becomes viral and extends reach towards their peers or acquaintances.
Mailchimp – To aid in your email marketing campaign, Mailchimp can help you manage your mailing list and add automation to your process. Design your newsletter, automate your email response, target your campaign by location and more can be done with this software.
Google Trends – This online research tools will help you how often certain keywords are searched for in a given period of time. You can also use it to see what topics are currently trending or searched for recently.
Clickbank: Clickbank is like an online retailer that sells digital or physical products. You can use them to sell your products get affiliates or make money by marketing other people’s products for a commission. Need to sell digital products or get affiliates to help sell it for you? Or do you want to make an income by marketing other people’s products for a commission?
Amazon Associates – This is an affiliate marketing program and you can make money with it by recommending the products sold on Amazon. Joining the program is free and referral fees can reach up to 10%.make money recommending products from the biggest online store.
LeadPages – This is tool offers lots of templates that what I personally use to create high converting landing pages and squeeze pages for my websites to collect email leads.You can also use it to host webinars, create sales pages, create pop-up boxes for sign-ups and many others.
Canva – Creating graphic designs is made easy through Canva. They have lots of images, filters, shapes or icons, and fonts that you can use to create your own design for various purposes.
Buffer – If you feel like managing your social media accounts is getting out of hand, Buffer can help make things run more smoothly. Log-in to all your social media accounts and post content to all your linked accounts all at once with Buffer.
Hashtagify.me – Improve your marketing strategy and boost your brand awareness through hashtags. This is a free tool that helps you find hashtags, other related hashtags to your search, and the influencers for the hashtags.
Spyfu – With an SEO tool like Spyfu, you can check out what keywords your competitors are using for a successful marketing campaign. It also shows you the keywords that they used but are not really successful.
SimilarWeb – This tool helps you to analyze your competitors website and determine their traffic statistics, SEO strategy, keyword use and other data so you can stay ahead of the competition.
Jungle scout – This has a webapp and a chrome extension version. It is useful in gathering numerical data about an Amazon product or search page such as the estimated monthly sales, review count, projected profit, and other quantitative data.
Product hunt – This is a great source for top products and start ups that you may not have heard of before. Use it to launch your product, find products to invest on or simply get to know about the top products available today.
Builtwith – Game-changing plugin that allows you to spy on your competitor’s website and see what technologies they use on their website. You can create a list of sites and see the common technologies they use so you can use them too.
Ghostery – Use this plugin when you want to browse without the ads, with better protection of your privacy, and at a faster speed. This is also a free plugin that is easy to install and use.
Wappalyzer – This plugin can be used for chrome and for firefox. It is another tool you can use to detect website technologies used like the content management systems, web servers, analytic tools, and more.
Buzzsumo – This is a monitoring tool for social media and it allows you to know what content is currently ranking high for social shares. You can create content based on what your audience is currently looking for so you can achieve a viral post or a shareable content.
https://reverse.photos/#images – This is what I use for reverse image search. If you have photos, you can use it do determine if others are using it without permission. You can also use it to track the original images.
swiped.co –This is a web site that lets you create, share and see examples ofif copiesy from every industry. This helps you to create your own successful copy because you can pattern it with the swipe files on the site.
Adespresso – To aid in my Facebook ad campaign, I use Adespresso to take inspiration to competitors campaigns. You can use the filters to find ads of competitors in your niche, it tells how ad campaigns are doing and it even gives you tips on how to improve your ad campaign.
E-commerce
Shopify – This is a very popular e-commerce site where you can put up your own online store and sell goods or services. It has themes, management tools and apps that let you easily customize your shop.
Oberlo – Make it easier for you to manage your dropshipping business by making use of the Oberlo app. This helps you to export the products from Aliexpress and import them to your Shopify store.
Teelaunch – Customize the printed design on shirts and sell them on your Shopify store or any e-commerce website with Teelaunch. You don’t need to have an inventory of shirts because once orders are placed, Teelaunch prints out your design on a t-shirt or any of their available products then sends it out to directly to your customer.
Shopify Exchange – In case you don’t want to start your shopify business from scratch, you can always buy one from Shopify Exchange. The great thing about using Exchange is the possibility of seeing data from Shopify itself so you can make sure that it is correct.
Empire Flippers – Another ecommerce exchange I’ve heard great things about. I haven’t personally used it but you can find great businesses to buy. Requires a high amount of capital.
Flippa – Flippa is another marketplace for websites. There are lots of websites for sale here but as a buyer you should learn to do your research because there are some bogus websites. As a seller, you should also be honest about your websites.
Favorite Supplements
Quest Protein Bars – With a wide range of flavors, you will surely find a Quest protein bar that suits your taste. These snacks are high in protein, rich in fiber, sugar-free, low in carbs and they taste great.
Fish Oil – There are many benefits of fish oil for the body like supporting heart health and lowering triglycerides. It’s a great idea to take them but make sure that the fish oil supplement you take in is high in Omega-3 fatty acids and is from a reputable manufacturer.
Vitamin C – Vitamin C aids in the body’s immunity, reduces histamine levels, improves heart health, prevents oxidative damage and more.
Multivitamin -Eating a balanced diet of real food is key to ensure good health in the long term, but to be on the safe side, I take this multivitamin to cover any nutritional deficiencies. The multivitamin I take is a methylated one. I have a genetic mutation that does not allow me to absorb folic acid properly. It’s estimated that 1 in every 3 individuals has the MTHFR genetic mutation.
Creatine – It helps your muscles produce energy during heavy lifting or high-intensity exercise. It’s been shown to boost brain power, enhance strength, and improve exercise performance
Probiotic – Probiotics are the good gut bacteria that are normally found in your intestines. … I take this specific histamine – free probiotic because I’m histamine intolerant. These bacteria strains: Bifidobacterium infantis, Bifidobacterium longum, and Lactobacillus plantarum – won’t increase the production of inflammatory histamines.
Pregnenolone -Pregnenolone is a grandmother steroid precursor hormone from which almost all of the other steroid hormones are made; including DHEA, progesterone, testosterone, the estrogens, and cortisol. It helps with motivation, mood, memory, energy, and most importantly plays a key role in restoring hormonal balance.
L-Tyrosine – I use this for thyroid and adrenal support. I’ve been diagnosed with hypothyroidism in the past, so I take this supplement to help level out my thyroid. As a precursor of dopamine, It’s also a great supplement for boosting motivation and mood.
Activated Charcoal – This detox supplement cleanses your body by absorbing toxins with its magnet-like qualities.
Digestive Enzyme – Once in a while, if i decide to eat like crap or know I’m going to eat a big ole meal, ill take a digestive enzyme to support my intestines in the breakdown process and/or help break down some of the foods I’m allergic/sensitive to. (ex. gluten, dairy, heavy protein, gassy carbs like beans & veggies, etc.)
ZMA – The ZMA supplement is a combination of Zinc, Magnesium and Vitamin B6. This supplement is great for athletes, body builders or those who exercise a lot because it’s great for the muscles.
Ashwaganda – This is a medicinal herb that helps your body build muscles, improve strength, boost testosterone and aids in mental health. It is known as an adaptogen, which helps reduce anxiety, stress and depression.
Rhodiola – Rhodiola rosea is another adaptogen that helps the body to adapt to stress either physical, mental or emotional. Many believe that it is suited especially for those who are about to endure prolonged aerobic exercises like cyclists, runners, crossfitters, and the like.
CBD – Although CBD is found in the cannabis plant, it doesn’t have any psychoactive properties. Instead, it has anti-inflammatory effects that makes it great for those working out because it pushes you harder for you to be able to do better, go through the pain and recover faster.

The Way Of The Superior Man by David Deida – This is a wonderful book that lets you reflect about your masculinity, not in the sense of simply dominating women, but working through the differences to end up with a more harmonious modern day living.
The Rational Male by Rollo Tomassi – This book is a compilation of the content of Rollo Tomassi’s blog called therationalmale.com about intergender social dynamics. With a background in psychology, he is able to create interesting essays about developing your masculinity.
No More Mr. Nice Guy by Robert A. Glover – Another great book for embracing your masculinity and allowing yourself to acknowledge your needs and fulfill them. It talks about the importance of self love and not just doing everything to please others.
Quiet: The Power Of Introverts In A World That Can’t Stop Talking by Susan Cain – This is book about introverts and how great they are even if the world doesn’t really see them as such. It helps the readers understand more about introverts, how they see themselves and their potential.
The Millionaire Fastlane by MJ DeMarco – A great book for entrepreneurs, it talks about building your riches in a fast pace. Initially you have to work hard for it then enjoy its benefits before you get too old to enjoy them.
Pitch Anything by Oren Klaff – This book will teach you how to effectively pitch anything. The author simplifies his methods so readers can understand and follow with ease.
48 Laws of Power by Robert Greene – This book tells about power and how people do what they do because of power. It lists 48 laws, gives a brief explanation, and provides examples pertaining to it.
Influence by Dr. Robert Cialdini – Learn how to get people to say yes or how to persuade people to agree with you with the 6 principles discussed in this book. It also teaches you how you can protect yourself against those who use them.
On Writing Well by William Zinsser – This is a great book to improve your writing. Whether you are writing a book, your blog, or you simply love writing non-fiction, this book will help you with things like decluttering your written work, finding your style in writing, and surprising your readers.
Cashvertising by Drew Eric Whitman – This book helps with marketing and sales by providing you with more than a hundred tips and strategies. It teaches you about writing an effective copy, headline or ads.
Barking Up The Wrong Tree by Eric Barker – This book debunks some of the most common things we believe about achieving success. It tackles different factors that leads to success through various stories and studies.

Gerber – This book is great for those who are starting their business or those who have already started their business. It helps the business to succeed while still letting the business owner live their life.
The ONE Thing: The Surprisingly Simple Truth Behind Extraordinary Results by Gary Keller – This book helps you be more productive by focusing on just your one thing. It provides different tips and strategies on how to successfully remove distractions and improve your focus.

Resistance Loop Bands – These are elastic bands that come in varying resistance. You can use it with your workout at home or while travelling when you don’t have access to the gym.
Foam Roller – A foam roller aids in self-myofascial release which helps the muscles recover and return back to their normal functioning. Through it, you can exert pressure over certain muscles to improve flexibility.
Hydro Flask – Hydro Flask produces a range of vacuum insulated stainless steel water bottles that you can use to help keep you hydrated throughout your workout. You can also use it to keep hot beverages hot and cold beverages cold for a longer period of time.
Hyper Volt – Can’t say enough about this tool It’s a cordless state-of-the-art vibration gun massager that helps relax sore muscles, release tension, improve mobility, and increase blood circulation.
OURA RING – This smart ring is the world’s most advanced wearable for tracking sleep and recovery.
Grammarly – Double check your grammar, punctuation, writing style, spelling, typos, and improve your writing by allowing a software such as Grammarly to check your work. There is a free version and a premium version.
Spotify – Exercise with music, relax with music or just have fun singing and dancing to your favorite songs with spotify. They are a music streaming platform and they offer their services at affordable rates.
Lyft – This is a ride sharing company and you can book their services through their app. What’s great about them is that you can get an estimate of your fare before you book their service.
Airbnb – For short term accommodations, Airbnb is the website I use to book homestays, apartments, hotel rooms, villas, cottages or any other form of accommodation. The listings on the site are located all over the world.
SKipplagged – Find cheap flights that are much lower than other flight ticketing websites offer by going to Skipplagged.com. There you can find flights that airlines don’t want you to find because they are more affordable.
DoorDash – When you want to eat something from a local restaurant but don’t have time to go out, you can go to doordash.com to order. They connect you with a variety of restaurants and they will be in charge of picking-up your order from a restaurant and delivering it to you at a minima fee.
