As an athlete, engineer, avid biohacker, & most importantly a lifelong student, I have a deep fascination with living life to the fullest & reaching my full potential.
I started Mo Brains in an effort to share the lessons I come across.
My goal with this blog is to inspire others to achieve greatness by sharing the key ingredients that can improve health, character, & overall mindset.
I devote most of my time to exploring successful people across a variety of professions — athletes, artists, authors, philanthropists, CEO, scientists, and more — to discover the routines and practices that make these people untouchable at what they do.
Whether that be helping you enhance your mindset, creating more freedom, boosting your brain power, to stirring you to continually improve yourself to be the best that you can be, I use this blog to share all the tools, techniques, & resources that I continue to discover that have made a measurable transformation to my quality of life, and will for you as well.

I’m far from perfect. I’m just trying to learn as best as I can.
One thing I can always assure you is, I am forever a student of life, in pursuit of a degree, I will never attain.
